This correspondence is to acknowledge my experience with your company. From the minute I first called your office right to the last interaction with the manager of the project, I was treated with respect and understanding regarding the basement project I was undertaking. This also includes my interaction with the staff at the storage company. The one crewman (Dale) who worked on the majority of the project was punctual, very hard working and accommodating. He followed the instructions and the plans for the job as explained and any changes were discussed with me before being completed. For these reasons, he would be an asset to any company. (Please share this with Dale as a reference for his resume. Thank you.) I would recommend your company to anyone that may be looking for an honest, reputable and timely completion for any home improvement they might be considering. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest; I would rate your company as a 5. Thank you for building me the basement that I envisioned. I am very happy with the end result.

The installers were on time, used drop clothes to protect my floor. I had an unusual shape cut for the sink area and they did a beautiful job. People who come to my house comment on how nice it looks. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done.

Once again, thank you for repairing our master shower grout. He really appreciated that you stopped by also. The personal attention that you have always given your work is something we always tell others.

What an awesome company. Jim did a great job helping us lay out our kitchen, bathroom,and basement projects. Dave was a true expert at completely changing the look of our bathroom and kitchen. Dallas did things in our basement that we didn’t think were possible. We are thrilled with all the changes in our rooms. It&’s like living in a new home!

From start to finish the entire process ran smoothly. The workers were very professional and accomplished everything in a timely manner. I will recommend this company to friends and family. I really can’t say enough with how pleased I am with their work.

I just wanted to pass along a compliment. Saturday the bank inspector was out to inspect the roof. As you recall our insurance company is making the checks out to us and the bank. The bank requires an inspection before they will endorse the next check (I hope to receive soon). The inspector asked who did our roof and asked for a business card. He said that this was one of the best roofing jobs that he has seen in this area. 🙂

They were highly recommended on Angie’s List and that is the reason I went for them. Everything was fine and I liked the way they handled themselves when I called them over.

This company was helpful from start to finish. Very knowledgeable but willing to try a new flooring product in a new way. Job looks fantastic and was finished in a timely manner, and of course was brought in under budget which is always wonderful. Mr Kelly, Linda, Clarence, Paul and James were all especially helpful. This was a two part job remodel the kitchen and repair and upgrading of basement damaged in 2014 flooding my area endured.

Thank you D.A. for making my vision come to life! Everyone I came in contact with worked with both kindness and professionalism. The workers came on time, set up to make sure everything was protected and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. They even made sure my pets were safe.

I just wanted to briefly write to thank you all for your hard, outstanding work on our kitchen remodel. Everything looks great and we are extremely happy with the great work of Paul and his team (Paul JR, Clarence, and Riley). From arrival Paul was very informative, thorough, and professional and it was clear they are experienced and provided an immediate sense of comfort. Throughout the process Paul and his crew were a pleasure to work with and remained patient answering and addressing all our questions and concerns. I would go on and provide multiple examples but the gist of it is that Paul and the crew took a very stressful, nerve wracking, and invasive process and made it as smooth as humanly possible.
